🟢 Shyam Metalics has deployed ₹8,700 Cr and proposes ₹2,700 Cr in additional capex within its ₹16,060 Cr pipeline, executing the balance over the next three to four years. The fresh capital targets SBQ and stainless steel, shifting product mix toward higher-margin, import-substituting segments.

🔴 Delhi HC warns Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories over Olymviq trademark compliance, asking it to file a fresh undertaking on its status since the 30 March order directing discontinuation of the Olymviq name and transition to Olymra.
