🟢 PCBL Chemical subsidiary commenced commercial production of Line-4 from yesterday, adding 60,000 MT annual carbon black capacity.
🟢 Thermax subsidiary TBWES incorporated Thermax Energy Solutions Company in Saudi Arabia to expand Middle East presence.
🔴 Graphite India board approved ₹4,330 Cr investment to diversify into synthetic graphite anode materials for EV and renewable ecosystem, implying heavy capex and execution risk.
🔴 HAL clarified negotiations with Pawan Hans for procurement of 10 Dhruv NG helicopters are ongoing, with contract not yet finalised or signed.
Economy, IPO & Other
🟢 India to immediately cut tariffs on 100,000 European cars annually to 30-35% from up to 110%.
🟢 Apple leased an additional 57,000 sq ft at WaveRock Hyderabad with ~₹4.30 Cr security deposit, indicating continued expansion of India operations.
🔴 Rupee ended at 91.78/$ adding pressure on importers.
