🟢 Ceigall India subsidiary received LOA for ₹1,089 Cr HAM highway project in Madhya Pradesh, 48.10 km Indore to Ujjain greenfield stretch.
🟢 Solarworld Energy Solutions won ₹725.33 Cr EPC order from NTPC Renewable Energy for 250 MWAC grid-connected solar PV project.
🟢 Dilip Buildcon received ₹3,400 Cr LOA from Adani Road Transport for Ganga Path project.
🟢 Apollo Micro Systems received defence orders worth about ₹102 crore for supplying unmanned aerial systems.
Partnerships & Acquisitons
🟢 Coforge to acquire 100% of AI-led engineering firm Encora from Advent via a $2.35 billion all-stock deal, using QIP and share-swap.
🟢 Japanese major Aica Kogyo plans to acquire 40%–53.12% of Stylam Industries for about ₹15.3–₹20.3 billion at ₹2,250 per share, including open-offer driven board control.
🟢 Astra Microwave Products signed MoU with Bharat Electronics for defence electronics collaboration on design, development, and manufacturing of advanced technology modules.
Core Business & Regulatory
🟢 Ola Electric commenced multi-state deliveries of S1 Pro+ scooters powered by indigenously made 4680 Bharat Cell and secured ₹366.78 Cr PLI-Auto incentive.
🟢 Titan launches beYon, its first lab-grown diamond jewellery brand/store in Mumbai. Targeting sustainable luxury for women. More outlets planned in Mumbai/Delhi.
🔴 PNB reported borrowal fraud to RBI and made provisions of ₹1241 Cr for SREI Equipment Finance and ₹1193 Cr for SREI Infrastructure Finance.
🔴 IEX shares fell after reports that CERC considers cutting transaction fees from 4 paise/kWh (2 paise/side) to 1.5 paise/side for power exchanges.

🔴 US President Trump said tariffs are creating “great wealth” and cutting the US trade deficit, signalling continued tariff-driven trade tensions.
