New Orders Received
🟢 Chandan Healthcare secured a 10-year tender to install 1.5T MRI at a 200-bed Civil Hospital in Rohtak. Chandan has secured 3 PPP radiology contracts in the past few months. They are targeting rapid government expansion.
🟢 Ceigall India bagged 2 work orders worth ₹297.89 Cr for an Andhra Pradesh hybrid power project. Ceigall has already exceeded its FY26 order inflow guidance of ₹5,000 Cr with a ₹14,237 Cr order book.
🟢 Suzlon Energy won its 6th repeat order of ~100 MW from GAIL for 47 S120 WTGs in Nandurbar Maharashtra. PSU and C&I orders now form 64% of Suzlon's book; this is their maiden Maharashtra project.
🟢 BPCL-Sembcorp JV (NeuEn Green Energy) secured a contract to supply 10,000 tonnes per annum of green hydrogen to Numaligarh Refinery Ltd. NeuEn won at ₹279/kg, India's lowest-ever green hydrogen tariff, beating 9 competing bidders.
🟢 Kilburn Engineering secured multiple orders totaling ₹54.58 Cr including Rotary Dryers for Limestone (₹19.85 Cr) and Paddle Dryer/Cooler systems.
Partnerships, Investments & Acquisitions
🟢 Adani Enterprises acquired 24% Category I and 0.74% Category II shares in IANS India Private Limited a news media company. Adani now fully owns IANS, NDTV, and BQ Prime, making it India's largest private media conglomerate.
🟢 Natco Pharma board approved demerger of its agrochemicals business into Natco Crop Health Sciences issuing 1:1 shares to Natco Pharma shareholders.
Core Business & Regulatory
🟢 HDFC Bank appointed external law firms to review Chairman Chakraborty’s resignation.
Economy, IPO & Other
🔴 India PMI Services came in at 57.2 vs 58.1 previous and PMI Manufacturing at 53.8 vs 56.9 previous indicating slowdown. Both PMIs remain above 50 though. The slowdown was primarily driven by Middle East conflict.
🟢 Noida International Airport is set for March 28 inauguration. Phase 1 handles 12 million passengers annually; full build-out targets 70 million across four phases.
🟢 Govt launched the 7th tranche of e-auction for critical minerals including rare earth elements for clean energy and advanced manufacturing (benefits NMDC and Vedanta). India imported ₹1.7 lakh crore in electronics last year, making domestic critical mineral supply strategically urgent.
