🟢 G R Infraprojects secured a massive ₹2,440.87 Cr NHAI Letter of Award for an 82.4 km greenfield highway project in Bihar (NH-33).
🟢 C2C Advanced Systems secured an order for 29 counter-drone mission computing systems from an Indian defence player.
🟢 Simplex Castings announced large order wins worth ₹41.38 Cr from BHEL, Thyssenkrupp, and SMS.
Partnerships, Investments & Acquisitions
🟢 Kotak Mahindra Bank is set to acquire Deutsche Bank’s India retail business for ₹4,500 Cr, having emerged as the preferred bidder as part of Deutsche’s exit strategy
🟢 Bosch Limited and Tata AutoComp Systems formed a 50:50 joint venture to manufacture and sell eAxle systems and electric motors in India, with operations expected to commence by mid-2026.
Core Business & Regulatory
🟢 Bharti Airtel deployed over 2,750 new 5G sites across 36 districts in Gujarat, enhancing connectivity for 41 million users.
🟢 Powergrid increased FY26 Capex guidance to ₹35,000 Cr and raised its capitalisation target to ₹25,000 Cr.
🟢 Astral’s subsidiary Al-Aziz Plastics was granted a patent for a ‘Multiport Water Outlet’ by the Government of India.
🔴 Coal India Board granted in-principle approval to divest up to a 25% stake in subsidiary Mahanadi Coalfields Limited (MCL) via an IPO or OFS.

🔴 PM Modi said India has 5.3 million tons of strategic petroleum reserve, government is ensuring oil and gas supplies are not affected much.
🟢 India considers a 10-kg LPG supply plan, supplying 10 kg in standard 14.2-kg cylinders to stretch limited stocks as the Hormuz crisis hits imports.
