🟢 Sarveshwar Foods signed a strategic MoA with JKHPMC to develop Basmati Rice Clusters in Jammu under a ₹197.29 Cr HADP project.
🟢 Senco Gold will acquire a 68% stake in August Jewellery Private Limited for ₹68 Cr.
Core Business & Regulatory
🟢 CESC signed an MoU with Uttar Pradesh to set up a 3 GW solar cell plant with ~₹3,800 Cr investment.
🟢 Raymond Realty launched “The Address by GS, Wadala,” a 5.62-acre central Mumbai redevelopment with estimated ₹5,000 crore revenue potential and around 1.7 lakh sq ft of recreational and amenity space.
🟢 Vardhman Textiles outlined a ₹3,535 Cr capex-led expansion across yarn and fabric, with synthetic woven production starting Q4 FY26.
🟢 Supreme Industries highlighted growth drivers including new low-noise piping, specialty products expansion, increasing pan-India distribution strength, and composite LPG cylinder scaling.
🟢 Nestle India won a key relief as the Supreme Court dismissed Income Tax Department appeals in the ₹101.21 Cr general licensing fee dispute, ruling in favour of the company.
Economy, IPO & Other
🟢 Coal Ministry expects to finalise rules for the proposed Coal Exchange by March, driven by rising domestic coal output that crossed 1 billion tonne in FY25.
