🟢 Bondada Engineering secured a solar EPC order from NLC India worth ₹945.10 Cr for 810 MW Balance of System works at Bikaner, Rajasthan.
🟢 Dilip Buildcon declared L1 bidder for a 1363.55 MW solar project under PM KUSUM-C, with EPC opportunity valued at ₹4,900 Cr.
🟢 Ceigall India emerged as L1 bidder for a 130 MW solar power project in Madhya Pradesh under PM KUSUM-C, with estimated EPC value ₹550 Cr.
🟢 Concord Control Systems won an Indian Railways contract worth ₹139.32 Cr for supply and installation of locomotive wireless control systems.
🟢 Antony Waste Handling Cell’s unit has bagged a waste management contract worth about ₹329 crore.
🟢 GPT Infraprojects–ISCPPL consortium has emerged L1 for a ₹670 crore NHAI HAM project to construct a four-lane elevated road in Jodhpur city, Rajasthan
Partnerships & Acquisitons
🟢 Samvardhana Motherson to acquire 100% of Nexans autoelectric GmbH for enterprise value €207 million. It said acquisition strengthens wiring harness leadership, adds high-voltage EV powertrain specialization, access to premium OEM R&D, and is EPS accretive.
🟢 HCL Tech to acquire AI data analyst agents startup Wobby.

🟢 Emcure Pharmaceuticals launched Poviztra, a semaglutide injection for chronic weight management in India, via an exclusive distribution agreement with Novo Nordisk.
🟢 Zen Technologies secured an Indian patent for a 60 mm mortar simulator
🟢 Banco Products (India) unit NRF Holding B.V. announced opening of a new 11,465 sq. m warehouse in Italy.
🟢 Paytm unit approved incorporation of 2 wholly owned subsidiaries to be set up in Indonesia and Luxembourg.
🟢 Prestige Estates Projects acquired 25 acres in Medavakkam, Chennai, with development potential of ~5 million sq ft and estimated top-line revenue over ₹5,000 Cr.
🔴 Ather will raise prices of all its electric scooters by up to ₹3,000 from January 1, 2026, citing higher raw material, forex and electronics costs. December buyers retain current prices.
