🟢 Transrail Lighting bags new orders worth ₹548 Cr including an international transmission line project in the MENA region strengthening its order book in power transmission infrastructure.
🟢 Goodluck India wins a defence sector order worth ₹50 Cr which enhances its presence in high value strategic steel and engineering applications.
🟢 Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services signs an agreement with Biba Fashion enabling Zaggle solutions for Biba’s spending and loyalty workflows in retail and corporate use cases.
Core Business & Regulatory
🟢 Reliance Industries confirms it has stopped importing Russian crude into its SEZ refinery and from 1 Dec all product exports from that refinery will be based on non Russian crude.
🟢 PVR Inox plans to add 100 screens in FY26 focusing on Tier 3 markets with affordable ticket pricing to deepen penetration and drive footfalls in smaller towns.
🟢 Paytm recovers its lost UPI user base after two years with transaction volumes hitting a new record high.
🟢 Mahindra Holidays approves ₹1,000 Cr investment to enter the leisure hospitality segment under Mahindra Signature Resorts aiming to build a premium resorts portfolio.
🟢 Tilaknagar Industries makes a major move into premium whisky by launching Seven Islands Pure Malt Whisky expanding its portfolio into higher margin categories.
🟢 Godrej Properties acquires a 75 acre land parcel in Nagpur and adds revenue potential of about ₹755 Cr. Also expanded its Sarjapur Road Bengaluru acquisition unlocking another ₹2,400 Cr opportunity.

🟢 TCS partners with TPG Terabyte Bidco to invest ₹180B in Hypervault with a 51:49 ownership structure creating a new platform focused on digital infrastructure and data services.
🟢 HAL signs a contract with Hensoldt Sensors Germany for transfer of design IPR and manufacturing plus repair capability for obstacle avoidance and degraded visual environment systems for helicopter platforms.
🟢 Man Industries signs an MoU with Saudi Aramco Asia India to explore long term pipe supply and setting up a manufacturing facility in Saudi Arabia under a 5 year framework.
🟢 Blue Cloud Softech Solutions signs an MoU with Andhra Pradesh Economic Development Board to invest ₹400 Cr in healthcare technology projects within the state.
🟢 EPACK Prefab Technologies signs an MoU with Mascot South Asia for capacity addition where phase one will increase PEB capacity by 50,000 tons with an initial investment of ₹110 Cr.

🟢 DRDO enters a defence collaboration pact with France’s DGA to deepen joint development and cooperation in advanced defence technologies strengthening bilateral ties.
🟢 Nitish Kumar takes oath as Chief Minister of Bihar providing political continuity.
🟢 RBI Chief attributes recent depreciation partly to penal tariffs on exports.
