🟢 J K Cements was declared the preferred bidder for the Dommarnandyala Block-3 mining lease in Andhra Pradesh, which spreads over 1,188 hectares.

🟢 Samvardhana Motherson International formed a joint venture with Hellmann Worldwide Logistics to expand global automotive supply chain solutions.

🟢 Firstsource Solutions launched a full-stack agent-first AI operating model.
🟢 Lemon Tree Hotels signed a new resort in Lonavala, Maharashtra, further strengthening the company’s leisure portfolio.
🟢 Nestle India added a new Munch production line at its Sanand Plant with a ₹225 Cr investment and a capacity of 8,300 TPA.
Economy, IPO & Other
🔴 HDFC Bank’s Chairman Atanu Chakraborty resigned citing ethical concerns and governance discomfort, with his statement indicating issues observed over the last 2 years.
🟢 RBI stated there is no material concern for HDFC Bank, which remains financially sound.
🔴 IRDAI announced zero commission on all insurance products on BIMA Sugam, a negative development for PB Fintech’s Policy Bazaar platform.
🟢 Centre offered an extra 10% LPG to states committing to PNG shift, benefiting IGL, MGL, and Gujarat Gas.
🔴 Aluminum fell more than 8% on the LME, the biggest drop since 2018, negatively impacting Hindalco Industries and NALCO.
