🟢 B L Kashyap and Sons won a ₹300 Cr group housing civil-structure order from CRC Greens for a Greater Noida project.
🟢 Pace Digitek arm received an order worth $1.34 million from Yaqin Chem.
🟢 Power Mech Projects secured large-scale orders aggregating over ₹1,000 Cr from Adani Power.
🟢 Cochin Shipyard signed a contract with CMA CGM to construct 6 LNG-fuelled feeder vessels worth approximately ₹2000 Cr.
Partnerships, Investments & Acquisitions
🟢 Adani Ports signed a strategic IMEC partnership with Port of Marseille Fos to boost India-EU trade connectivity and port innovation.
🟢 Safari Industries entered a 20-year licensing agreement with Carlton Retail for “Carlton” brand in India with 5% of net sales as fees.
Core Business & Regulatory
🟢 Hindustan Unilever will invest ₹2,000 Cr over 2 years to expand capacity across multiple locations in premium beauty and home care liquids.
🟢 Netweb Technologies launched ‘Make in India’ AI supercomputing systems powered by Nvidia for sovereign AI development.
🟢 E2E Networks was named by Nvidia for collaboration with E2E, L&T and Yotta for advanced AI factories.
🟢 Jyoti CNC Automation is expanding capacity to 16,000 machines ahead of schedule, targeting completion by September 2026.
🔴 NCC was barred by NHAI from participating in tenders/bids for 2 years with effect from 17 Feb 2026.
Economy, IPO & Other
🟢 Qualcomm committed up to $150M for an India AI venture fund and partnered with Sarvam for the initiative.
🟢 Alphabet CEO announced a new project to bring subsea connectivity between India and the USA to boost digital trade.
🟢 Sarvam AI unveiled indigenously-built 30B and 105B LLM models and plans to launch made-in-India smart eyewear by May 2026.
🟢 FedEx will invest ₹2,500 Cr in a Navi Mumbai cargo hub at the upcoming international airport.
