🟢 GPT Infraprojects JV won a contract worth ₹1804 Cr, with company’s share of revenue at 26%.

🟢 Siemens outlined transition to a March fiscal cycle and a major Mobility order step-up involving 9,000 HP locos
🟢 Genesys International launched India’s first high-definition ADAS maps covering 1 lakh km of national highways, leveraging Survey of India CORS for centimeter-level precision. Target to improve road safety.
🟢 Amber Enterprises plans to expand its HVAC R&D centre with investment of ₹500 Cr, indicating continued capability building.
🟢 BLS International saw Delhi High Court set aside MEA debarment, with debarment on the company stated as quashed.
Partnerships & Acquisitons
🟢 HCLTech will buy the telco solutions business from HPE with total purchase price up to $160M, expanding telecom capabilities.
🟢 Max Healthcare approved 100% acquisition of Yerawada Properties for ₹200 Cr to build a ~450-bed hospital, with total investment ₹1,020 Cr over 4 years.
🟢 ATMASTCO entered a 15-year technology collaboration agreement with Welding Technologies LLC of Russia to establish special welding technology in India.
