🟢 HAL signed a Ministry of Defence contract worth ₹2,312 Cr to supply 8 Dornier 228 aircraft to Indian Coast Guard.
Partnerships, Investments & Acquisitions
🟢 Dabur will invest ₹400 Cr to set up a new manufacturing facility in Tindivanam, adding capacity and strengthening Tamil Nadu manufacturing presence.
🟢 Inox Clean Energy partnered RJ Corp to develop 570 MW renewable projects in Africa, with land and grid secured.
🟢 Nykaa took over Kiehl’s India operations via an exclusive partnership with L’Oréal.

🟢 Brigade Enterprises commenced a 20-floor World Trade Center in Thiruvananthapuram and inaugurated 1.85 lakh sq ft Brigade Square IT facility, expanding office footprint.
🟢 Adani Power entered nuclear ambitions by forming Adani Atomic Energy arm.
🟢 Eicher Motors received environmental clearance for Cheyyar expansion, aiming Royal Enfield annual capacity of 20 lakh units through brownfield growth in Tamil Nadu.
🟢 Mahindra launched the Mahindra UDO electric auto, expanding last-mile mobility lineup and targeting higher adoption in urban and semi-urban commercial segments.
Economy, IPO & Other
🟢 India’s January retail CPI inflation stood at 2.75%, reinforcing disinflation trend and supporting rate-cut expectations.
🟢 Natural rubber prices surged on supply crunch and strong demand, which can aid plantation realizations but out Tyre companies under pressure.
🟢 India amended National Highways Fee Rules, cutting toll rates on partially open expressways to match regular highway levels (from 25% premium). This is effective Feb 15, 2026 for up to one year to boost usage and decongest parallel roads.
