New Orders Received
🟢 PTC Industries’ subsidiary Aerolloy Technologies secured a development and supply order from Blue Origin for large superalloy investment castings used in BE-4 engines powering the New Glenn rocket’s first stage. This validates Aerolloy as a qualified supplier after rigorous qualification.
🟢 Advait Energy Transitions was declared L1 bidder for 5 projects in Gujarat for MVCC supply and installation, total estimated value ₹245.34 Cr.
🟢 Waaree Energies secured a one-time order from a leading domestic renewable power developer to supply 105 MW solar modules.
Partnerships & Acquisitions
🟢 Beta Drugs will acquire 66.09% equity in Nivian Life Sciences for ₹69.4 Cr, adding scale in pharmaceuticals and new product development capabilities.
🟢 Network People Services Technologies (NPST) partnered with Infinity Infoway to launch TimePay prepaid cards, embedding digital payments into ERP-integrated identity cards for students, employees, and drivers in education and transport sectors.
Core Business & Regulatory
🟢 Reliance Industries is negotiating with the U.S. government for permits to resume importing Venezuelan crude oil, following earlier license suspensions.
🟢 Websol Energy System will invest about ₹3,538 crore to set up a 4 GW integrated solar cell and module manufacturing plant at MPSEZ Naidupeta, Tirupati district, approved by the Andhra Pradesh government.
🟢 BMW Industries secured ₹500 Cr debt from a consortium led by SBI, HDFC and Yes Bank to complete its greenfield downstream steel complex at Bokaro.
🟢 Tanfac Industries approved ₹495 Cr capex for a 20,000 TPA downstream fluorinated chemicals facility targeted by Nov 2026.
🟢 Lloyds Engineering Works entered a purchase and licensing agreement with The Material Works USA for EPS Gen 4 steel technology enabling acid-less steel pickling solutions.
Economy, IPO & Other
🟢 NSE IPO received an update as SEBI chair Tuhin Kanta Pandey said the NOC process is at an advanced stage and may be issued within January 2026.
🔴 Indigo faced regulatory action as DGCA dismissed its appeal. Reinstated ₹2M penalty on directors over alleged pilot training simulator compliance failures.
🟢 Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman chaired pre-Budget consultations with States and UTs for Union Budget 2026-27 to gather inputs on fiscal priorities and spending needs.
🟢 Centre is working to introduce vehicle-to-vehicle communication technology enabling cars to share real-time speed and braking data, aiming to reduce road accidents.
