🟢 NIIF exited Ather Energy via block deals. The National Investment and Infrastructure Fund (NIIF) is India’s sovereign-anchored alternative asset manager, established in 2015 as a Category II Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) under SEBI.
🟢 ICICI Prudential AMC received RBI approval to raise stake in Federal Bank and Equitas Small Finance Bank up to 9.95%, aiding strategic financial-sector holdings.
