🟢 Tech Mahindra unit Comviva Group incorporated step down subsidiary Yabx Technologies Tanzania to expand its operations and serve African digital lending markets.
🟢 Tata Steel to acquire 50.01 percent equity in Thriveni Pellets Private Limited for ₹636 Cr, securing pellet making capacity for supplying iron ore pellets in India.
🟢 Central Bank of India signed an agreement with Bandhan Asset Management Company to distribute Bandhan mutual fund products through its nationwide branch network.
