🟢 NALCO awarded a 25-year MDO contract to Dilip Buildcon, with base mining charges fixed at ₹423 per ton
🟢 Solarworld Energy Solutions signed a BESS agreement with Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam for a 200 MW/400 MWh battery project worth ₹806.40 Cr over a 12-year execution period.
🟢 Insolation Energy reported 1750 MW module and 625 MW EPC orders.

🟢 Delhivery launched Delhivery International, an economy air parcel service offering affordable, simple and reliable global export shipping for Indian MSMEs through the Delhivery One platform.
🟢 Ajmera Realty & Infra reported Ajmera Solis in Vikhroli saw 81% sell-out, with 324 units selling for ₹427 Cr within 24 hours and the project financially closed.
🟢 Aditya Birla Real Estate arm Birla Estates achieved record sales of over ₹1,800 Cr at Birla Pravaah, selling all 492 premium units in Gurugram within 24 hours.
🟢 Caplin Point Laboratories subsidiary Caplin Steriles received USFDA final approval for Linezolid Injection 600mg/300ml, a generic to Zyvox, addressing a US market of about $23M.
🟢 IRB Infrastructure reported November 2025 aggregate toll revenue of ₹716 Cr, up 16% year-on-year from ₹618 Cr.
🟢 Pine Labs’ API platform Setu launched an easy bill-paying feature available on Claude and ChatGPT, enabling users to pay bills directly through these AI assistants.
🟢 LG Electronics India introduced a new range of washing machines featuring AI DD 2.0 technology, enhancing automated fabric sensing and wash optimisation capabilities.
🟢 PhysicsWallah guided for marketing spend at 8–9% of revenue, plans 75 new offline centres next year, targets 25–30% offline growth and expects Q3 to be PAT profitable.
Partnerships & Acquisitons
🟢 Apollo Micro Systems signed an MoU with Telangana for a ₹1,500 Cr greenfield expansion in defence and high-energetic explosives manufacturing including warheads and artillery systems.
🟢 Godrej Industries plans to invest over ₹10000 Cr in Telangana, signalling a large scale expansion commitment in the state.
🟢 Time Technoplast partnered with Poppe + Potthoff and Imperial Auto Industries to develop hydrogen system solutions in India, covering storage, distribution and helping build hydrogen infrastructure.
🟢 Anupam Rasayan India signed a definitive agreement to acquire US-based Jayhawk Fine Chemicals for $150M.
🟢 LTIMindtree formed a strategic partnership with Xage Security to deliver zero trust cybersecurity solutions for critical infrastructure clients.
🟢 Zydus Lifesciences and Formycon entered an exclusive partnership for licensing and supplying a biosimilar to Keytruda in the US and Canada.
🟢 Graphite India entered a partnership with Kivoro to commercialize graphene-based heat transfer additives for industrial customers,
Economy, Industry & Other
🟢 India US trade talks are scheduled for December 10–11 covering trade issues, with both sides aiming for strong progress on resolving tariff related disputes.
