🟢 IRB Infrastructure Trust won NHAI’s bid, agreeing to pay ₹3,087 crore for a 20-year highway concession, expanding its portfolio under the infrastructure investment trust structure.
Partnerships & Acquisitions
🟢 Honasa Consumer acquired 95% stake in BTM Ventures Pvt Ltd, owner of Reginald Men, for ₹197.96 crore to strengthen its men’s grooming and personal care portfolio.
🟢 Computer Age Management Services (CAMS) will acquire 100% of NSE Data & Analytics’ KYC Registration Agency business via a business transfer.
Core Business & Regulatory
🟢 Jubilant FoodWorks added net 114 stores in Q3FY26, reaching 3,594 total outlets across brands, on track for FY26 guidance of 3,750–3,800+ stores.
🟢 Bharat Forge highlighted North American Class 8 net orders surging to 42,200 units in December 2025, up 108% MoM and 21% YoY, highest since October 2022.
🟢 CarTrade Tech launched SUPER SERIES, merging OLX India and CarWale platforms for over 12,000 used-car dealer partners.
🟢 Dr Lal PathLabs entered preventive healthcare with Sovaaka, a diagnostic-led wellness centre brand integrating pathology, imaging, and personalised doctor/dietician guidance; first centre in Gurugram opens January 11.
🟢 Mrs. Bectors Food Specialities’ new Hooghly (Kolkata) bakery facility commenced commercial production on January 6, 2026, with capacity for 225,000 buns and 24,000 bread/bakery SKUs daily.
🔴 TATA STEEL faced an India antitrust probe order alleging steel price collusion involving JSW Steel, SAIL and 25 other firms.
Economy, IPO & Other
🟢 INDIA December Services PMI eased to 58.0 versus 59.1 previously, indicating slower momentum though still in expansion territory.
