New Orders Received
🟢 HAL signed a ₹2,901 Cr contract with the Ministry of Defence to supply 6 ALH Mk III (Maritime Role) helicopters to the Indian Coast Guard.
🟢 Concord Control Systems secured a ₹53.73 Cr order from Indian Railways for KAVACH 4.0 on-board equipment to be executed within 12 months through its associate Progota India.
Partnerships, Investments & Acquisitions
🟢 Dabur is acquiring a minority stake in Raipur-based RAS Beauty for ₹60 Cr. It is a fast-growing luxury skincare D2C brand. This deal targets natural, “farm-to-face” products like serums, with RAS posting 75% 3-year CAGR and ~₹100 Cr ARR.
Core Business & Regulatory
🟢 Tata Motors clarified that reports of Indonesian import halts reflect local policy discussions and not order cancellations. It has confirmed the 70,000-vehicle contract.
🟢 Mahindra & Mahindra confirmed its largest-ever export order of 35,000 Scorpio Pik Ups to Indonesia, with advance payment received and no cancellation notice.
🟢 Natco Pharma launched generic Pomalidomide Capsules in the US market targeting a $3.2 billion annual sales product with 180 days of shared exclusivity alongside Breckenridge Pharmaceutical.
🔴 IndiGo had cancelled 162 flights to Middle East, Europe, and UK due to regional conflict.
🟢 KEC International confirmed all operations in the Middle East and Saudi Arabia continue to be normal.
🟢 Pine Labs CEO Amrish Rau announced plans to launch a stablecoin-backed prepaid card by April-end 2026 across nine countries in the Middle East, Africa, and Southeast Asia, excluding India and China.
🟢 Avanti Feeds presented improved shrimp processing margins, robust export volumes, and strong North American demand.
🟢 Tejas Networks launched its hyper-scalable Data Center Interconnect (DCI) platform at Mobile World Congress, unveiled by the Union Minister for Communications.
Economy, IPO & Other
🔴 US-Israel “Operation Epic Fury” enters day 4 with over 1,250 targets hit, including missile sites.
🔴 Pentagon confirms US soldiers killed in Kuwait. Mr. Trump warns war may last 4+ weeks, vows to destroy Iran’s military and nuclear capabilities.
🔴 NASDAQ 100 futures extended drop to 2.5% and S&P 500 futures fell 2%.
🟢 India PMI Manufacturing came in at 56.9 for February vs 57.5 previous, indicating continued expansion but slight moderation.
🟢 India’s Oil Minister stated sufficient energy reserves exist to deal with the ongoing West Asia conflict situation. India has 8 weeks of oil and fuel stocks and is looking at alternate supply sources.
🟢 SEBI says cash market volume has almost doubled in 3 years to ₹1.2 lakh Cr per day and aims to make markets more liquid.
🟢 SEBI removed over 1.2 lakh misleading social media posts by unregistered finfluencers and mandated registration for anyone giving investment advice.
🟢 Japan and India are in talks to explore rare earth deposits.
