But regarding ITC the ministry had said that the Tax won't be increased after Compensation cess expires and the excise duty is just a comeback to endure that the price of the tobacco products don't DROP, which may increase the consumption.
So even after the excise duty the prices of the tobacco products won't increase drastically. It may see a minor increase or no change.
