🟢 Apollo Micro Systems granted defence industrial license for manufacturing unmanned helicopters and navigation systems valid for 15 years with field trials in two quarters.
🟢 Sun Pharma’s subsidiary approved ₹3,000 Cr investment to establish a new greenfield formulations manufacturing facility in Madhya Pradesh.
Partnerships & Acquisitons
🟢 Maruti Suzuki signed agreements with 13 charge point operators to enable over 100,000 charging points by 2030 for EV ecosystem expansion.
🟢 Hindustan Copper executed MoU with NTPC Mining for joint exploration, development, and investments in copper and critical minerals blocks auctions.
🟢 Mold-Tek Packaging signed MoU with Vibe Generation Holdings to produce high-precision caps and closures expecting 25-30 million USD revenues over next 5 years.
🟢 NHAI signed MoU with Reliance Jio to introduce telecom-based safety alert system across National Highway network.
Economy, Industry & Other
🟢 Naukri reported 23% YoY growth in hiring with IT sector up 14% and unicorns surging 16%.
🔴 MOS Finance stated no proposal to raise FDI limit in PSU banks from 20% to 49%.
