NEW ORDERS & PROJECTS RECEIVED
🟢 Zen Technologies secured a ₹152 Cr order from Ministry of Defence for supplying Integrated Air Defence Combat Simulator for L70 Gun, to be executed within 18 months.
🟢 Bharat Forge secured 60% of a ₹6900 Cr contract from Ministry of Defence for supplying 184 indigenously developed Advanced Towed Artillery Gun Systems (ATAGS), jointly developed with DRDO.
🟢 Dilip Buildcon-STL Consortium received a ₹2631.14 Cr advance work order from BSNL for BharatNet Phase-III, providing middle mile connectivity in J&K and Ladakh.
🟢 Bharat Electronics secured orders worth ₹1,385 Cr in the last two weeks, including radar spares, electronic voting machines, advanced land navigation systems, and communication equipment.
🟢 BEML secured a ₹405 Cr contract from Bengaluru Metro Rail, including training of personnel and comprehensive maintenance for up to 15 years under the Bengaluru Metro Project.
🟢 Mahindra EPC Irrigation received a ₹13.12 Cr contract from Community Micro Irrigation Project for supplying micro irrigation systems covering approximately 2625 hectares, to be completed within twelve months.
🟢 Force Motors was declared L1 vendor for supplying 2978 Force Gurkha light vehicles (GS 4X4 800 kg Soft Top) to Indian Defence Forces.
🟢 Defence Ministry also signed contracts worth ₹2,500 Cr with Armoured Vehicle Nigam Ltd for Nag Missile System.
🟢 North Eastern Carrying Corp. secured a five-year contract from Tata Steel for transportation of steel products using electric vehicles, marking its first large-scale EV logistics contract.
🟢 Jindal Steel & Power was declared successful bidder for Saradhapur Jalatap East Coal Block with a revenue sharing of 10%.

🟢 Infosys partnered with LKQ Europe to implement a unified, cloud-based digital platform for streamlining HR processes across 18 countries.
🟢 Zaggle acquired 38% stake in Mobileware Technologies for ₹22.85 Cr to solidify its position in the SaaS FinTech sector.
🟢 Dixon Tech shares rose after announcing a joint venture with Signify Innovations to manufacture lighting products and accessories.
🟢 Bank of India announced a tie-up with New India Assurance to offer various insurance solutions including health, motor, and commercial insurance products to its customers.

CORE BUSINESS & REGULATORY
🟢 CG Power launched 'Fluxtron' high-efficiency motors that optimize power usage and reduce waste, empowering industries to achieve ESG goals without compromising performance.
🟢 Asian Paints is establishing a ₹3,250 Cr chemical manufacturing facility in Dahej, Gujarat to handle vinyl acetate ethylene emulsion, vinyl acetate monomer and ethylene.
🟢 Airtel brought the 2Africa Pearls subsea cable with over 100 terabits per second of international capacity to India, improving connectivity infra.
🟢 UltraTech Cement commissioned 3.35 MTPA clinker capacity in Madhya Pradesh, expanded grinding units in Maharashtra by 1.2 MTPA and West Bengal by 0.60 MTPA, and announced a 1.8 MTPA bulk cement terminal in Lucknow.
OTHER
🔴 NSE deferred the move to change F&O expiry day to Monday until further notice, following SEBI's proposal to limit equity derivatives expiries to Tuesday or Thursday.
🔴 Auto stocks slumped with Tata Motors dropping 6%, Samvardhana Motherson sliding 7.6%, and Bharat Forge declining 4.5% following Trump's tariff announcement.
🔴 Banking lending growth halved in February to 10.9% from last year's 20.6% due to decline in retail and NBFC loans, with credit to services growing 13% and industry 7.3%.
🔴 Infosys discontinued its apprenticeship programme for 40-45 trainees at Mysore campus, following the February decision where 350 trainees were let go.
