🟢 Oriental Rail secured ₹575 Cr order from Indian Railways for manufacturing 33 rakes of flat multi-purpose wagons, to be executed within 21 months.
🟢 Tata Power's TP Solar received ₹455 Cr contract from Maharashtra State Power Generation to supply 300 MWp ALMM-certified solar modules.
🟢 Azad Engineering bagged ₹960 Cr contract from GE Vernova for supplying gas turbine engines in the current phase.
🟢 Azad Engineering secured purchase order from BHEL for supplying advanced high-complex rotating airfoils for supercritical turbines, to be executed by January 2026.

PARTNERSHIPS, INVESTMENTS & ACQUISITIONS
🟢 HPCL partnered with Delhivery on January 27, 2025 for nationwide distribution of HP Lubricants, leveraging Delhivery's PTL logistics infrastructure and centralized tracking technology.
🟢 Petronet LNG signed 15-year agreement with Deepak Phenolics for sale of 250 KTA propylene and 11 KTA hydrogen from its upcoming Petrochemical Complex at Dahej.
🟢 360 One WAM approved ₹1,774 Cr acquisition of Batlivala & Karani (B&K) Securities India and ₹110 Cr acquisition of B&K Finserv. The acquisition strengthens 360 ONE’s broking platforms across UHNI, HNI, retail, and institutional segments, while adding B&K’s research, advisory, execution capabilities, and strong corporate treasury presence.
