NEW ORDERS & PROJECTS RECEIVED
🟢 KEC International secured new orders worth ₹1,267 Cr across Transmission & Distribution and Cables businesses for 800 kV HVDC & 765 kV transmission lines from Power Grid.
🟢 G R Infraprojects emerged as selected bidder for ₹4,262.78 Cr NHAI project to construct Agra-Gwalior Greenfield 6-lane highway, to be completed within 910 days under BOT mode.
🟢 HPL Electric & Power secured smart meters orders worth ₹369.90 Cr from regular leading customers, to be executed as per purchase order terms.
🟢 Maharashtra Seamless secured ₹298 Cr order from domestic entity for supplying seamless pipes in oil & gas sector, with gradual dispatches planned over next few quarters.
🟢 V.L.Infraprojects received ₹26.37 Cr work order from Gujarat Urban Development Company for Balasinor water supply and drainage projects with 2-year execution period.
🟢 RPP Infra Projects secured ₹22.56 Cr contract from Department of Space for constructing Non Destructive Test Facility at SSLV Launch Complex in Tuticorin, completing in 18 months.
🟢 GP Eco Solutions India secured EPC Turnkey contract worth ₹300 Cr+ for 128 MWp ground-mounted solar power project, to be commissioned in phases over 18-24 months.
PARTNERSHIPS, INVESTMENTS & ACQUISITIONS
🟢 KPIT Technologies partnered with Qualcomm Technologies as strategic minority shareholder in Qorix joint venture, receiving investment up to €10 million to advance Software Defined Vehicle solutions.
🟢 Magma sold its general insurance business to Patanjali Ayurved and Dharampal Satyapal Group. This marks Patanjali's expansion into financial services.
CORE BUSINESS & REGULATORY
🟢 Wipro reorganized business lines by merging cloud capabilities and enterprise futuring divisions into technology services line, effective April 1, to better meet client demands.
🟢 GSPL received PNGRB approval for expanding its High Pressure Gujarat Gas Grid via the Anjar-Palanpur Pipeline, enhancing capacity by 12 MMSCMD to 44.76 MMSCMD, with a ₹2,051.18 crore investment over three years.
🟢 GMR Airports handled over 10.1 million passengers across all airports in February 2025, representing 12.9% year-over-year increase with domestic traffic up 13%.
🔴 ICAI may review IndusInd Bank's financial statements amid accounting discrepancies in derivatives portfolio, with SEBI also likely to start preliminary inquiry into the matter.
🟢 RBI assured depositors that IndusInd Bank's financial health remains stable despite speculative reports, stating bank is well-capitalized and being closely monitored.

🟢 Apple to start AirPods production for exports at Foxconn's Hyderabad plant in April, with Foxconn having approved $400 million (about ₹3,500 Cr) to set up the factory in August 2023.
🟢 Room air conditioners seeing strong demand in India while other consumer durables face challenges, with industry expected to grow at 19% CAGR despite compressor shortages.
🔴 Uber is reportedly in early-stage talks to acquire BluSmart, an all-electric ride-hailing service, as Gensol Engineering, BluSmart's parent company, faces liquidity challenges and considers exiting the business. Despite these reports, BluSmart has denied any acquisition discussions with Uber.
🟢 Realty developers acquired nearly 6,000 acres of land during 2022-24 for ₹90,000 Cr to build various projects across India.
🟢 Rupee strengthened against US dollar. Currently at 86.94.
