KEY RESULTS UPDATE, Q3 FY25
NEW ORDERS & PROJECTS RECEIVED
🟢 BHEL secures ₹6,700 Cr EPC package order from Singareni Collieries for 1x800 MW Singareni Stage-II project, to be completed in 48 months including boiler, turbine, generator works.
🟢 RITES awarded ₹466.55 Cr order from NLC India for railway siding project at Machhakata coal mine, involving feasibility study, detailed project report and engineering over 36 months.
🟢 EMS Limited receives ₹272.89 Cr order from Jaypee Infratech for civil and MEP works at "ORCHARDS" housing project in Noida, to be executed in 24 months.
🟢 Remedium Lifecare secures ₹182.70 Cr order from Aster Biotech UK for supply of pharmaceutical ingredients and chemicals from February 2025 to January 2026.
🟢 Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services signs agreements with Khrone Marshal and Forbes Marshal to provide Zaggle Propel reward platform for one year each.
🟢 Goldiam International secured export orders worth ₹60 Cr for lab-grown diamond jewelry from international clients, to be executed by June 15, 2025. Total order book stands at ₹175 Cr.
🟢 NBCC secured orders worth ₹851.69 Cr including, ₹776.75 Cr from Damodar Valley Corporation for township construction at Durgapur, Koderma & Raghunathpur and ₹74.94 Cr from Ministry of Housing for maintenance of New Moti Bagh GPRA Complex.
🟢 Capacit'e Infraprojects secured ₹1,320 Cr order from NBCC for development of Leisure Valley Phase-II Residential Apartments in Greater Noida, including 2-year O&M period.
🟢 APS India won TREDA tender for off-grid solar water pumping systems under PM KUSUM scheme in Tripura, including design, supply, installation and 5-year warranty/maintenance.
PARTNERSHIPS, INVESTMENTS & ACQUISITIONS
🟢 Reliance Consumer acquires Tamil Nadu's FMCG brand Velvette, plans to introduce shampoo range initially in Tamil Nadu before expanding to other markets.
🟢 Fortis Healthcare signs agreement to acquire Shrimann Hospital in Jalandhar for ₹462 Cr through slump sale.
🟢 ONGC, SOCAR and MRPL sign MoU to enhance energy cooperation through mutual supply and trade of crude oil, LNG and petroleum products.
