🟢 RVNL emerged as lowest bidder for a Rs 554.6 crore NHAI project to construct six-lane access-controlled connectivity to Visakhapatnam port road.
🟢 CG Power secured a Rs 450 crore order for supplying and servicing railway products for Vande Bharat train sets.
🟢 Waaree Renewable and consortium partners secured a Rs 740 crore solar power project for 125 MWAC capacity.
🟢 Ashoka Buildcon won a Rs 312 crore contract from MSETCL for establishing a 400/220 KV substation at Nandgaon Peth in Amravati district.
PARTNERSHIPS, INVESTMENTS & ACQUISITIONS
🟢 Bharti Airtel signed a distribution agreement with SpaceX to bring Starlink's high-speed internet services to India, subject to regulatory approvals.
🟢 Godrej Agrovet will acquire the remaining 48.06% stake in Creamline Dairy Products for Rs 930 crore in an all-cash deal.
🟢 TCS will acquire Darshita Southern India Happy Homes for Rs 2,250 crore to serve as a delivery center.
🟢 Zydus Lifesciences is acquiring an 85.6% stake in French orthopedics firm Amplitude Surgical for €256.8 million (approximately Rs 2,446 crore). The deal aims to expand Zydus' presence in the global medical devices market.
🟢 Uber partnered with Refex Green Mobility to deploy 1,000 electric vehicles across key cities in India by 2026, aligned with Uber's goal for 100% emission-free rides by 2040.
