NEW ORDERS & PROJECTS RECEIVED
🟢 Larsen & Toubro's Building & Factories division secured significant orders valued between ₹1,000-2,500 crore for residential projects in three major cities. The contracts include ultra-luxury high-rises in Mumbai, 14 luxury towers in Bangalore, and 25 luxury towers in Chennai.
🟢 Mukka Proteins Limited secured purchase orders worth ₹44.28 Cr from Avanti Feeds, Mukka Proteins Vietnam, and Padma Feed & Chicks for supply of fish meal and oil, with immediate execution required.
🟢 Om Infra Limited secured water infrastructure projects worth ₹448 Cr in Uttar Pradesh from UP Jal Nigam (Rural), covering Moradabad Circle (₹106.10 Cr) and Lucknow Circle (₹342 Cr).
🟢 Rulka Electricals Limited secured new orders worth ₹11.78 Cr from various clients across Maharashtra, Karnataka, Telangana, and Gujarat for electrical, firefighting work in warehouses, factories, and commercial projects.
PARTNERSHIPS, INVESTMENTS & ACQUISITIONS
🟢 Ambuja Cements receives CCI approval for acquiring Orient Cement, planning to acquire 37.90% and 8.90% of share capital through agreement and make an open offer for 26% at ₹395.40 per share.
🟢 Tata Electronics signed an MoU with PSMC and Himax to establish a display chip manufacturing unit in Dholera, Gujarat. This expands Tata's presence in all three top semiconductor segments, alongside its existing fab and assembly plants.

🟢 Adani's $2.1 billion Navi Mumbai Airport, set to open in May 2025, will initially handle 20 million passengers annually. Low-cost carriers like IndiGo, Air India Express, SpiceJet, and Akasa are in talks to relocate operations, leading the shift to the new facility

🟢 India's services PMI rose to 59.0 in February from January's 56.5, driven by strong domestic and international demand. Global orders also grew at their fastest pace in six months.
🟢 Over 4 Cr jobs added in the past year alone, says Labour Minister Mansukh Mandaviya, noting unemployment drop from 6% in 2017-18 to 3.2% in 2023-24 and rise in female employment from 22% to 40.3%.
