NEW ORDERS & PROJECTS RECEIVED
🟢 Coforge secured a 13-year partnership with Sabre Corp worth $1.56 billion to accelerate AI solutions, strengthening its position in travel technology services.
🟢 Rail Vikas Nigam received a letter of acceptance from HPSEBL worth ₹729.82 crore for development of distribution infrastructure in Himachal Pradesh's Central Zone, to be completed within 24 months.
🟢 Solar Defence and Aerospace (subsidiary of Solar Industries India) signed a ₹239 crore contract with Ministry of Defence for supply of Multi Mode Hand Grenade, to be delivered over a period of 1 year.
🟢 Welspun Specialty Solutions was declared L1 bidder for a ₹231.77 crore order from BHEL to supply 4,050 tons of stainless steel seamless boiler tubes.
🟢 GE Vernova T&D India received three orders totaling approximately ₹500 crore from Power Grid Corporation for supply and installation of 765kV Class Transformers & Reactors, to be executed within 36 months.
🟢 Power Grid Corporation was declared successful bidder for three interstate transmission system projects under tariff-based competitive bidding, including REZ evacuation systems in Rajasthan, Gujarat, and Andhra Pradesh.
🟢 HBL Engineering received a ₹148.44 crore order from Bhopal Division of West Central Railway for provision of KAVACH train protection system, to be completed within 540 days.
🟢 Waaree Technologies received a purchase order for 20KWh Hybrid system with 35.84KWh capacity from Waaree Renewable Technologies, to be delivered within 1-2 months.
🟢 Hariom Pipe Industries received Letter of Award for 60 MW Solar Power Developer project under Mukhyamantri Saur Krushi Vahini Yojana 2.0.
🟢 Suzlon Energy secured a third order of 204.75 MW from Jindal Green Wind to supply 65 S144 wind turbine generators for steel plants in Chhattisgarh and Odisha.
🟢 Transformers and Rectifiers (India) Limited secured domestic and export orders worth ₹350 Cr, including ₹272 Cr from Adani Group and ₹78 Cr from Al Sabha Group (Iraq) and Powerlink Queensland (Australia) for transformer supply.

🟢 Jio Financial Services will acquire SBI's entire 17.8% stake in Jio Payments Bank for ₹104.54 crore, pending RBI approval and expected to complete within 45 days.
🟢 Adani Wilmar signed a definitive agreement to acquire GD Foods, owner of the Tops brand, using internal funds or IPO proceeds.
🟢 Gemini Edibles acquired 70% stake in Tamil Nadu-based Sree Annapoorna Foods, forming joint venture expected to generate ₹100 crore in first year.
🟢 ASK Automotive signed a partnership with Japan's KYSK for manufacturing high-pressure die-casted alloy wheels for two-wheelers, sending shares to upper circuit.

🔴 The Petroleum Ministry issued a $2.81 billion demand (~24000Cr) to Reliance Industries, BP, and NIKO in the long-standing RIL-ONGC gas migration dispute. Additionally, RIL received a separate notice for missing a battery cell plant deadline under the PLI scheme.
🟢 Tata Motors began trials of hydrogen-powered heavy-duty trucks for long-haul transportation on India's major freight routes using Hydrogen Internal Combustion Engines and Fuel Cell technologies.
🟢 Tech Mahindra unveiled a multi-modal large language model designed to revolutionize telecom networks with AI capabilities for managing vast structured data.
