FIIs pumped in ₹42731 Crores in the first half of December 2023

FIIs pumped in ₹42731 Cr in the Indian Stock Market in the first 15 days of Dec 2023. This is the highest-ever fortnightly inflow in 2023.
>50% of this net inflow was in the Financial Services sector. No wonder the Nifty Financial Services Index is up from 20000 to 21000 in a flash.
FIIs continue to increase their investments in the Capital Goods sector. This has been their favourite sector in 2023. Before 2023, Capital Goods were
<2% of FII’s overall India Portfolio. Now it is almost 3.3% of their total portfolio.
Financials, Capital Goods, Auto, Healthcare, Consumer Services and Telecom witnessed the highest inflows in December 2023. Coincidentally these are the sectors that have witnessed the highest inflows throughout 2023. These seem to be the top 6 sectors in FII radar.
